Springheel is a Dublin based production company of individually accomplished writers, musicians and artists.

The company was founded by Fionntán Larney in 2020 and has worked across production and distribution to bring Black Alley, their first project to audiences.

in 2023, the company produced its first live productions, endings. the show ran for a sold out run at the dublin fringe festival, garnering the fishamble new writing award.

We aim to thrill, excite and entertain.

FIONNTÁN LARNEY

Fionntán Larney is a writer and performer from Dublin. His first show, BEAT. was included in The Sunday Times’ list of ‘Ten of Ireland’s Greatest Theatre Productions’ and received numerous 5 star reviews, including from the Irish Times.

He has been nominated for numerous awards including the Fishamble New Writing award and the Stewart Parker Award, and was recently awarded the Rough Ideas bursary for development of his next show.

As an Actor he has performed in The Alternative (Fishamble), The Lost O'Casey (ANU), Let The Wrong One In (Conor McMahon), and Not To Be Demanding (Dir. Conor Ryan).

His next project, Houses, is a series of short films about how we live now.

MORGAN BEAUSANG

Morgan Beausang is an accomplished composer and music producer, with over 5 years experience in the music industry. He studied Commercial Modern Music (BA) at BIMM Dublin, graduating with First-Class Honours.

Following this, he co-composed and produced the score for independent Irish musical BEAT., which received a five-star review from The Irish Times. He also mixed and mastered the cast recording of the musical, which has since achieved over 57,000 streams on Spotify.

In addition, his songwriting and production work, both solo and in collaboration with various singers and songwriters, has accumulated over 600,000 streams across streaming platforms.

ISAAC JONES

Isaac Jones is a skilled musician and multi-instrumentalist who works both as a solo performer as well as songwriter for other artists. His solo work, which has received much attention on Spotify and has seen considerable Radio play worldwide, has now garnered over 500,000 streams across the globe.

As a songwriter, he has written in a broad range of styles for many artists in the Dublin music scene and previously released work has seen much critical praise from music publications. With over 15 years of experience on his instruments, he also has substantial experience as a session player.

He was a co-composer of the hit hip-hop musical BEAT..

Stewart Shields

Stewart Shields is a writer and performer from Dublin, Ireland. Hiding Trout is his first writing credit.

As an actor he has appeared in The Merchant of Venice and Guests of The Nation. Stewart trained at the Lir Academy.

His next project is Seminary, a new sitcom which is currently in development.

Jack Farrell is a theatre producer from Dublin, Ireland.

Theatre credits include BEAT. (Samuel Beckett Theatre; Electric Picnic); DOLL (Smock Alley Theatre); A Little Salmon Short of a Picnic, No Exit, Revolt. She Said. Revolt Again. (Samuel Beckett Theatre); Dangerous Liaisons (Smock Alley Theatre); Passions (Bewley’s Café Theatre).

He is currently completing his MSc. in Management at Trinity College Dublin.
